52 on Friday: Round {Bismarck, ND Photographer}

The theme for this week was round.  My sister, niece, and I took a walk on Wednesday to this super fun park by their house.  It's actually a school park, but I find that most school parks are way better than the city parks around here. There were lots of things that were round too!  I couldn't pick of course, so here are my two favorites :)

52 on Friday: Perspective

I had the privilege of "shooting" a terrific family on Monday that really put things into perspective for me.  They are anxiously awaiting their fourth child.  Instead of carrying the child for 9 months, they are adopting.  This is the second child they are adopting.  For some of the pictures we had the new little boy "join" us.  The other kids kept saying, "I want Million to sit by me," or "I'll hold Million."  It was such a neat perspective to see them love this sibling like their own, before even meeting him!

52 on Friday: Blue {Bismarck ND Photographer}

Hello!  I do not have my regular work computer so I had to play around with some online editing programs.  I ended up using www.picmonkey.com.  Not bad!  After mine, check out Kimberlee Edwards, Raleigh Durham Photographer at http://www.kimberleeedwardsblog.com to see how she interpreted blue!

52 on Friday: Metal

Yes, I realize this is almost half a week late; however, I haven't had a computer with editing software.  I finally downloaded picasa on my work computer and used that.  In case you ever need to convert RAW files in a pinch, it worked semi-decent.  Anyway, for my take on metal I decided to implement the good 'ol metal spoon with dying Easter Eggs.  Techincally it's the first time she remembers dying eggs since she was only 2 last year.  She was SO amazed!  Favorite phrases of the day:  "Oh my gosh guys!" "Oh. My. GOSH!"  "It's beautiful!"  The best part was that she dyed eggs four times (that I know of) and everytime she had the same reaction!!
